Xiangqi Clash — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Xiangqi Clash (“the App”), published by TMK Tech Group (“we”, “us”), handles information. The App is not directed to children under 13.
1. Information we do not collect
- The App has no user accounts and no sign-in.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
2. Information stored only on your device
The App saves the following on your device so it can remember your choices and progress: sound and vibration settings, unlocked difficulty levels, unfinished games and their clocks, solved puzzles, daily tasks, statistics, game history, how many free hints you have used today, whether you have removed ads, and a random player ID (see section 3). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us, except as described in section 3. Uninstalling the App removes it.
3. Playing with a friend online
If you use “Play a Friend”, the App connects to our game server at xiangqi.tmkgroup.vn, hosted on Cloudflare. To run the game room, the App sends:
- a random player ID created on your device (it is not linked to your name or any account),
- the room code, the game type, and the moves played.
The server keeps each room only while it is in use and deletes it after one hour without activity. Like any internet service, our hosting provider Cloudflare receives your IP address in order to deliver the connection and may keep technical logs. If you do not use “Play a Friend”, the App does not connect to our server.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob). According to Google, the SDK automatically collects and shares the following data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:
- IP address (may be used to estimate the general location of the device)
- User product interactions (such as app launches, taps, and video views)
- Diagnostic information (performance of the App and the SDK)
- Device and account identifiers (such as the advertising ID and app set ID)
This data is encrypted in transit. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Privacy settings” button in Settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
If you buy “Remove ads”, the App no longer starts the advertising SDK.

5. In-app purchase
The App offers one optional purchase, “Remove ads”. Payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your payment details. The App only records on your device that ads have been removed, and the “Restore purchases” button asks the store to confirm a previous purchase.
6. Reminders (Android)
On Android, the App can schedule local reminder notifications (for example, about an unfinished game or daily tasks). They are created on your device and are not sent to us. You can turn them off in your device’s notification settings.
7. Crash and diagnostic data (Unity)
The App is built with the Unity engine. Unity Technologies may collect diagnostic data at runtime, such as crash logs, “Application Not Responding” errors, and error traces, to keep the engine working correctly.

8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at the same address.
