Desi Board — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Desi Board (“the App”), published by TMK Tech Group (“we”, “us”), handles information. The App is intended for users aged 18 and over.
1. Information we do not collect
- The App has no user accounts and no sign-in.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- The App has no in-app purchases. Chips used in card games are virtual, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
- We do not operate any server that receives your data from the App.
2. Information stored only on your device
The App saves a few settings on your device so it can remember your choices: your selected language, whether you have chosen a language, and whether sound is on. These settings stay on your device and are not sent to us. Uninstalling the App removes them.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob). According to Google, the SDK automatically collects and shares the following data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:
- IP address (may be used to estimate the general location of the device)
- User product interactions (such as app launches, taps, and video views)
- Diagnostic information (performance of the App and the SDK)
- Device and account identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID)
This data is encrypted in transit. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Privacy settings” button in the App. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

4. Crash and diagnostic data (Unity)
The App is built with the Unity engine. Unity Technologies may collect diagnostic data at runtime, such as crash logs, “Application Not Responding” errors, and error traces, to keep the engine working correctly.

5. Children
The App is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at the same address.
